For any Membership Card

This Card has no cash value
All members must carry cards while using UNION HOSPITALITY BEYOND facilities
No refund shall be entertained after seven (7) days from membership activation or upon utilization of any service, voucher, or booking, whichever occurs first.
In case a refund is approved within seven (7) days of membership activation and no service, voucher, or booking has been utilized, a deduction of twenty-five percent (25%) will be applied as processing and administrative charges.

For Spa and Hi Tea Voucher

To avail this offer, this voucher must be presented along with the valid UHB Membership Card.
The member must state his/her intention to utilize this voucher at the time reservation is made.
This offer is subject to the availability of slots/service or venues.
This voucher is non-transferable.
This voucher has no cash value. If the card is lost, the UNION HOSPITALITY BEYOND authorities must be informed immediately.
This voucher is applicable for SPA/HI-TEA only on Panel properties.
If misplaced/damaged or stolen, the voucher will not be re-issued under any circumstances.
This voucher is valid only for one year from the issuance date and it is not extendable.
Complementary Vouchers are not used in Black Days.

For Free Night Voucher

To avail this offer, this voucher must be presented along with the valid UHB Membership Card.
The member must state his/her intention to utilize this voucher at the time reservation is made.
This offer is subject to the availability of rooms and surrender of the voucher upon check-in.
This voucher is non-transferable and is applicable to room accommodation only.
This voucher has no cash value.
This voucher is applicable to a standard single occupancy room at panel property Hotels only.
This offer is subject to the availability of slots/service or venues.
If misplaced/damaged or stolen, the voucher will not be re-issued under any circumstances.
This voucher is valid only for one year from the issuance date and it is not extendable.
Complementary Vouchers are not used in Black Days.
